Indeed, Timber was asked to name the best things about Gabriel Martinelli as a footballer, and he stated that he loves how skilful the Brazilian is, while also saving a special mention for the winger’s incredible pace.

The Dutchman hailed the £6m man for his speed and skill.
“The best thing about Gabriel Martinelli is his skill, and he’s quick of course,” Timber said.

The Brazilian can cover ground in a way that not many other players can, and he also managed to stay in full control of the ball while doing so.
Dribbling like this is something of a dying art in football as everyone pivots towards less individualism and more structured attacking approaches, but Martinelli continues to break that mould as a player who can truly get you out of your seat in this era of robotic, rehearsed football that can lead even the most entertaining players in the world to become boring.
Martinelli is a throwback to an old-school winger, and Arsenal fans love him for it.
