Joelinton is undoubtedly one of the strongest players in the Premier League.
The Brazilian is an absolute juggernaut in the Magpies’ midfield. He can bully any of his opponents with his mixture of strength and speed, and there aren’t many in the division who would want to mess with him.
Speaking on the Premier League’s YouTube channel, the striker-turned-midfielder has been discussing his strength rating on the new EA FC 24 game, and he’s been asked to guess whether he’s stronger than some of his Premier League rivals.
Joelinton was asked whether or not he thinks he’s stronger than Arsenal’s Gabriel Magalhaes, and the Newcastle star was confident in his view that he is in fact stronger than the £27m Arsenal defender.
Joelinton says he’s stronger than Gabriel
The Newcastle midfielder gave his verdict on his Brazil teammates’ strength.
“For the last one we have Gabriel,” The host said.
“Gabriel Magalhaes? I’m stronger than him,” Joelinton said.

“You’re correct, you are stronger than him, he’s rated 86, but you outstrength him, just about,” The host added.

Gabriel is much stronger than Joelinton when it comes to aerial duels, but if Joelinton was running full-pelt at Gabriel, we’re not sure the Arsenal ace would be able to knock him off the ball.
The Premier League has so many players with immense strength at the moment, and these two are undoubtedly two of the most physically imposing players in the league.
