‘Baller’: Jamie O’Hara blown away by ‘sensational’ Leeds target’s performance this weekend

Jamie O’Hara is always good for an opinion or comment on any football match and he’s been keeping tabs on Rangers today.

The Gers had to come from behind to beat Livingston away from home as they won 2-1. Gio van Bronckhorst’s men making harder work of things than they expected, albeit against a Livingston side who were right on their game all afternoon.

Rangers’ goals came via Scott Arfield and talisman, James Tavernier. However, it was the role of Ryan Kent in the equalising goal which caught the eye of O’Hara, who took to Twitter to label the Gers star a ‘baller’ this afternoon.

Of course, Kent is no stranger to fans of the English game either. He has been persistently linked with a move to the Premier League, with reports in May claiming that Kent was well aware that Leeds were interested in him.

Since then, there hasn’t been much in terms of a follow up from Leeds. But with a month of the window to go and Kent performing like he did today, Jesse Marsch might well come knocking again.

Rangers are thought to be seeking around £20m if they are to even consider selling Kent but there is no doubt he could fit in with the Leeds team.

He is very mobile on either wing and more than capable of dropping into the number ten position as well if needed.

As we know, Leeds love to get players into attacking areas in wide positions and Kent would add another dimension for the Whites after losing Raphinha. In fact, that £20m asking price isn’t even too big, should Leeds really fancy it.
