Glasgow Rangers are in Europa League last-16 second-leg action on Thursday night.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s charges will head to Red Star Belgrade with one foot already in the quarter-finals.
Rangers ran riot at Ibrox last week, leading 2-0 after just 15 minutes before winning the first leg 3-0.
James Tavernier, Alfredo Morelos and Leon Balogun all found the net at Ibrox last week.
Now, Rangers will aim to finish the job and move into the quarter-finals for the first time since 2008.
However, the Gers mustn’t get complacent.
Over the past few years, similar first-leg leads in European competition have been overturned in the return leg.
And with the second leg taking place at the Marakana, Red Star coach Dejan Stankovic is confident his players will be much stronger.
MORE RANGERS STORIES
“Our stadium makes our players twice as good as they normally are, with the adrenaline and the roar coming from the stands,” STV quotes him as saying.
“They are the same players, but they will be twice as good (on Thursday).
“Marakana will not scare the Rangers, because they are used to playing in a top atmosphere.
“But they will have a twice as strong opponent in front of them.”
Ryan Kent has grabbed an assist in each of the Light Blues’ last three Europa League games.
And Stankovic made it clear that his players will pay even more attention to the 25-year-old in the return leg.
“There is Kent, which caused big problems for Borussia Dortmund,” he said.
“We will pay more attention to him and try to close him as much as possible.”
