A number of Celtic fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Carl Starfelt after the defender’s performance for the Hoops in their Europa League win over Ferencvaros on Tuesday.
Ange Postecoglou’s men are off the mark in the group-stages. They beat their opponents 2-0 at Parkhead.
The margin could have easily been much greater. Celtic had a penalty saved. And they also had a number of other attempts on goal.
A number of players were outstanding for the Bhoys. Kyogo Furuhashi scored a goal that prompted John Hartson to label him very, very special.
Meanwhile, plenty of fans have lauded Joe Hart in the wake of the game. In fact, no Celtic player seemed to have a bad afternoon at the office.
It proved to be a fantastic day for Starfelt. The Swede, of course, has not had the easiest time since arriving in the Scottish Premiership in the summer.

He completed 99 accurate passes, misplacing just five, according to Whoscored. Meanwhile, he also won two aerial duels and made three clearances.
It was not a flawless performance from the 26-year-old. He made a late error that nearly cost the Hoops a goal.
