‘You can see immediately’… Jurgen Klopp says 20-year-old Liverpool player is ‘a real talent’

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has given his verdict on Conor Bradley.

Klopp praised Bradley after the UEFA Europa League match between Liverpool and LASK.

So, what has Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp said about Conor Bradley? Let’s take a look.

Jurgen Klopp praises Liverpool defender Conor Bradley

Well, Liverpool took on LASK at Anfield in UEFA Europa League Group E on Thursday evening. The Reds won 4-0.

Cody Gakpo scored twice for Liverpool. Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah found the back of the net once each for the Merseyside club.

Conor Bradley did not start the match for the Reds. The 20-year-old Northern Ireland international right-back came on as a substitute in the 82nd minute.

Liverpool manager Klopp has shared what he told the youngster after the match against LASK and has spoken highly of him.

Klopp said on TNT Sports after the match: “I love that, they deserve it. Connor, just a few moments in the game but you can see immediately he’s a real talent, a real prospect for us we really count on him.

“It’s so nice to see the boys, Luke as well. It’s cool, we could have brought Kaide Gordon who is finally back in full training and looks super in training, so there’s a lot of positives about that,

“But of course for Conor thought, I told him after the game you enjoyed it? [He said] ‘oh I missed it, I missed it so much!’”

Conor Bradley could potentially take Trent Alexander-Arnold’s place in Liverpool team

In my view, Conor Bradley has the potential to become the number one right-back for Liverpool in the coming years if Trent Alexander-Arnold plays in midfield on a regular basis.

If Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp decides to deploy Alexander-Arnold in midfield from the start of matches, then Bradley could find himself starting games for the Reds.

Klopp has already spoken highly of the right-back previously and would have given him more chances had he not had injury problems.

The 20-year-old has already played 13 matches for Northern Ireland. That shows just how good he is and the talent he has.

While Bradley has not made an appearance in the Premier League yet, I believe that it is only a matter of time before he gets his chance.
