The Leicester City defender has noted how it can be hard for two centre-backs to play alongside each other.
Coady has said that Saliba and Gabriel are a brilliant pair at the heart of Arsenal defence.
The Frenchman and the Brazilian have established themselves as the first-choice centre-backs for Arsenal.

Coady said on Football Daily on BBC Radio 5 Live: “Yeah I think it goes a long way for somebody like Saliba who’s played with him all last year as well.
“I think that goes unnoticed a bit in football a bit, partnerships and relationships.
“Sometimes people look at it and think, he should be able to play there or he should be able to play centre-back with anybody but sometimes when you’ve got a partnership and a relationship together, you understand how the other player plays, you understand his movements, you understand that he’s always going to cover your back.
“So, if the ball’s in an area and the ball gets played over my head, he’s always going to be there for me. That goes a long way in football so bringing him back into the team has obviously helped.”
William Saliba and Gabriel two big players for Arsenal
In my opinion, William Saliba and Gabriel are two of the best central defenders in the Premier League and are big players for Arsenal.
I believe that without Gabriel and Saliba, Arsenal would struggle to challenge for the Premier League title. The Gunners struggled defensively last season when the latter got injured.
Maybe, just maybe, if the France international central defender had stayed fit, then Arsenal could have beaten Manchester City to the Premier League last season. Micah Richards rates Saliba highly.
Arsenal have not been particularly great to watch this season, but the North London club are at the top of the Premier League table now.
Mikel Arteta’s side have conceded only 10 goals in 13 league games this season. A big reason behind that is the performance of Gabriel and Saliba.
