Manchester City winger Jack Grealish has sent a message to Chelsea attacker Cole Palmer after the match between England and Malta.
Grealish played with Palmer at City before the latter moved to Chelsea in the summer transfer window.

The 21-year-old replaced Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford in the 61st minute.
The youngster has taken to Instagram to express his delight at playing his first match for the England national football team.
