‘Yes’… Granit Xhaka and Edu really happy for one Arsenal player v Brentford

Granit Xhaka was impressed by Arsenal midfielder Kai Havertz for his heroics against Brentford.

Arsenal Sporting Director Edu was also pleased for Havertz.

So, how have Granit Xhaka and Edu reacted to Kai Havertz’s heroics for Arsenal against Brentford? Let’s take a look.

What’s the story?

Well, Arsenal got the better of Brentford 1-0 away from home in the Premier League on Saturday evening.

Kai Havertz scored the only goal of the match in the 89th minute. The Germany international found the back of the net when he headed home Bukayo Saka’s cross at the back post.

Havertz did not start the match for Arsenal. The former Chelsea player came on as a substitute in the 79th minute.

As you can see, former Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka is pleased for Havertz, who can play as a midfielder, forward or even as a left-back.

Arsenal Sporting Director Edu is happy for the 24-year-old as well.

Arsenal fans should keep faith in Kai Havertz

Just because Kai Havertz scored a late goal against Brentford does not mean that the Arsenal player is suddenly going to become world class.

It is going to be a gradual process for Havertz to fulfil his potential at Arsenal.

I do not think that Arsenal fans should get carried away because of one goal. We have been here before.

However, I believe that Arsenal fans need to keep faith in Havertz. Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has worked wonders with Martin Odegaard, and I believe that he could do the same with the German star.

Arsenal are aiming to win the Premier League title this season. The Gunners are also looking to make an impact in the UEFA Champions League.

In my view, Havertz could play his role for Arsenal, both in the Premier League and in the UEFA Champions League.
