Jamie O’Hara names the Arsenal player who was ‘tremendous’ v Wolverhampton Wanderers

Jamie O’Hara has given his verdict on Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice after watching him in action against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The former Tottenham Hotspur player and talkSPORT pundit was hugely impressed with Rice.

So, what has Jamie O’Hara said about Arsenal and England international midfielder Declan Rice? Let’s take a look.

Praise for Arsenal star Declan Rice vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

Well, Arsenal beat Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League on Saturday. The Gunners beat Wolves 2-1

England international winger Bukayo Saka opened the scoring for Mikel Arteta’s side on six minutes.

Norway international attacking midfielder Martin Odegaard added the second on 13 minutes. Brazil international striker Gabriel Jesus played a big role in both goals.

One of the best players on the pitch was Declan Rice. The England international is a regular in the Arsenal midfield, and, once again, he had a very good game.

As usual, Rice made interceptions and tackles and imposed himself in the middle of the park.

Former Tottenham Hotspur player and talkSPORT pundit Jamie O’Hara was hugely impressed with the 24-year-old.

O’Hara said about Rice on talkSPORT (6:10pm, December 2, 2023): “How good was he today? He was tremendous.”

Declan Rice a brilliant signing for Arsenal

In my view, Declan Rice has been one of the best players in the Premier League and is a big player for Arsenal.

Rice cost Arsenal £100 million in transfer fees when he joined from West Ham United in the summer of 2023. No one is talking about it now.

The 24-year-old has hit the ground running at Arsenal. The midfielder is a force to be reckoned with in the middle of the park.

Rice does not always tend to go on attacking forays, but he is a capable player who knows when to make an interception and when to make a tackle.

The former West Ham star also plays the ball forward and finds his teammates. He knows when to pass and exactly whom to pass to.
